Everything on Cointrol — articles, AI-generated briefs and summaries, market data, charts, screeners, watchlists, portfolio tools and research reports — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; you alone are responsible for your decisions.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including CoinGecko, Binance, DefiLlama and alternative.me) and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Parts of the site are generated by AI models and reviewed editorially where marked; AI content can contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or content.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, scrape at scale, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Paid tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice ahead of your next renewal. Tier features may evolve; we will not materially reduce a paid tier mid-cycle.

You may not: attempt to access other users’ data or editor accounts; probe, overload or disrupt the service; resell or redistribute our data feeds or content without permission; or use automated tools to bulk-extract content beyond the published RSS feed and reasonable personal use.

The Cointrol name, logo, design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party data remains the property of its providers. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cointrol is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for trading losses of any kind arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
